Yoga: Yoga means “union” or “to
join together” in Sanskrit and it helps to maintain the balance between mind,
soul and body. It also helps to maintain balance between tri-doshas. You can
try yoga postures as advised by yoga practitioners. Use Proper yoga blocks and
cushions to prevent the injury or alleviation of joint pain.
6.
Drink luke warm water: Drink a luke warm
lemon water in morning to wash your Gastrointestinal tract and clear toxics
from kidneys. If your digestion is slow then you can add ½ tea spoon of ginger
root powder in it.
